  3. Welcome back Tamara bloody good effort after just having baby number two 6 weeks ago!!I appreciate your encouragement as well:) So funny with the kids watching us made 4551s!! Hope you get some new runners for your poor little feet:)

  4. good work arvo crew! i know a few op you were feeling fatigued due to wodstock and the heat but you all did well with just getting in the box and blowing that soreness out! good stuff one and all.
