PLEASE NOTE: due to the type of session and the availability of rowers/bikes etc, we will have an open shed for you to complete the WOD. Times are 5-6.30am, 8-10.15am and 4-7pm.
WE ARE ASKING THAT YOU BRING YOUR OWN BIKE IN FOR TODAY’S WOD IF NOT WE WILL MODIFY FOR YOU
Bike 3000 meters
75 Kettlebell swings, 24kg (16kg)
Row 1000 meters
60 Wall ball shots, 10kg (6kg)
Run 800 meters
