Won’t be in today as my life is being ruined by assignments again BUT… I did do todays WOD at Goodlife. Borrowed some bands and did my HSPU on those. Didn’t get a time and I also added a 1km row finisher onto it.
Will see you tomorrow at 5pm 🙂
Still pretty sick, going to give today a miss and hopefully I’ll be right for tomorrow!

Its been great to get cuddles with him, and I always swore that I’d never shed a tear for any man but this little guy certainly pulled my strings.
