In teams of 2-3 complete as much of the ladder as possible in 18mins:
Snatch 60kg (42.5kg)
Box Jumps 24″ (20″)
Pace setter, Run 300m
Post load, completed rounds and reps to comments.
In this WOD you will work in a team of 2-3 in which one athlete will start as a pace setter and other/s on the snatch. In the first round athletes will complete 1rep of snatch, 1 burpee and 1 box jump, the second round 2reps of each, the third 3reps and so on for 18mins. Only one athlete can work at once on the triplet but reps can be shared for each station, with each athlete at least completing one rep (except for the first round). The pace setter (300m runner) must always rotate in the same sequence you start and must cover the full 300m before changing into the triplet. Cycle through as many rounds and reps as possible to see who are our team challenge winners 🙂
