  2. Daily WOD done in gym at home. Fastest 1.54 and slowest 2.01.. Also threw in a game of water polo this afternoon!!

  3. Who is this Dal at 6am of which you speak? I would like to claim it though as after you post this afternoon’s times, I will have been to 3 sessions. That is more than I did through all of last year ;)
