  1. Sorry I haven’t posted workout sooner, but Friday I did a 1k row and worked on snatches using 30 to 40kg/20reps, 40 sit-ups , 40 push-ups. Saturday wod was a 20min 4k interval run. Rest day yesterday, but amped about a workout after I wake this afternoon. Have a great day…
