“Quarter gone bad”

5 Rounds for reps:
15 Seconds of thrusters, 60kg (42.5kg)
Rest 45 seconds
15 Seconds of Weighted pull-ups, 20kg (10kg)
Rest 45 seconds
15 Seconds of burpees
Rest 45 seconds

Move from each of three stations after 15 seconds of work and 45 seconds of rest. The clock does not reset or stop between exercises. This is a three-minute round. On call of “rotate”, the athletes must move to next station immediately for best score. One point is given for each rep.
