A) One max rep effort of:
Strict pull-ups
-Overhand grip.
-Hang all day, as soon as feet make contact with a box or the ground the effort is complete.
Then,
B) Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of:
Run 400m
Then 3rds of:
5 Pull-ups
10 Push-ups
15 Squats
Post completed rounds and extra reps to comments.
