As many rounds as possible in 20mins:
60 Wallball shots, 9kg to 10ft (6kg to 9ft)
50 Double unders
40 GHD sit-ups
20 Box-jumps, 24″ (20″)
Note: Only experienced/ conditioned athletes should even consider using the GHD.
