A REMINDER THAT 19.2 SUBMISSIONS ARE TO BE COMPLETED BETWEEN 8-9AM TODAY, PLEASE SHOW UP PREPARED, WARM-UP AND BE READY TO GO WHEN YOUR HEAT IS CALLED.
In teams of 2-3 complete the following,
100 Medicine ball cleans, 10kg (6kg)
100 Calorie bike
100 Alternating deadball cleans, 35kg (25kg)
-One medball, bike and deadball per team.
-Partition reps however between team members.
-Keep the same rotation for all exercises.
