In teams of 2-3 complete the following,
100 Ring dips
80 Handstand push-ups
60 Bench press, 70kg (45kg)
20 Split jerk, 70kg (45kg)
10 Push press, 70kg (45kg)
-Only one athlete works at one time.
-Accumulate reps however between team.
-One bar, one load per team.
