“Morrison”

Individually or in pairs complete the following,

50-40-30-20-10 reps for time of:
Wallball shots, 10kg (6kg)
Box-jumps, 24″ (20″)
Kettlebell swings, 24kg (16kg)

-Only one athlete works at one time.
-Partition reps however between team members.

Post loads, box height and time to comments.
