Individually or in pairs complete the following,

As many rounds as possible in 26mins of:
10 Pull-ups
15 Kettlebell swings, 24kg (16kg)
20 Box-jumps, 24″ (20″)

Alternate stations with your partner.

-Only one athlete works at one time.
