Individually or in teams of 2-3 complete the following,

2 Rounds for time of:
200 Double unders
50 Overhead squats, 60kg (42.5kg)
50 Pull-ups
Run 1.6km

Kristan Clever 35:37 (42.5kg), Austin Malleolo 40:10 rxd, Josh Courage 45:40 rxd, James Hobart 47:30 rxd, Kevin Montoya 48:32 rxd, Jason Ackerman 54:24 rxd, Nick Zanki 1hr20mins rxd.

-Partition reps however between team members.
-Only one athlete can work at one time except for the run.
-All team members complete the run.
