All the best to young Ryan who heads to Brisbane today for the “Again faster” youth development trials and best of luck to Liv who is completing her Crossfit level 1 certification also this weekend. Kill it guys 🙂

In teams of 2-3 complete the following,

For time:
Run 1km
100 Back squats, 80kg (60kg)
100 Strict press, 40kg (30kg)
100 Deadlifts, 80kg (60kg)
Row 1km

-Both athletes 1km run but accumulate 1km row between themselves.
-One athlete works at one time, except for run.
-Scaling one load must result in the team scaling all loads.
