In pairs complete the following:
As many rounds as possible in 18mins of:
Sprint 200m
6 Partnered Deadlifts, 160kg (120kg)
12 Partnered Medicine ball sit-ups 10kg (6kg)
18 Partnered alternating box jumps 24″ (20″)
*Both athletes will work the stations together except the run which will be alternated each round. Your score will be total team points, each rep is worth one point and a completed 200m run will be worth 20 points.
