Individually or in pairs complete the following,
3 Rounds for time of:
5 Front squats, 100kg (70kg)
11 Chest to bar pull-ups
12 Kettlebell swings, 32kg (24kg)
-Both athletes complete the run together.
-One bar and KB per pair.
-Amended reps if working in pairs.
