A REMINDER THAT THE CFGO WOD CAN BE COMPLETED BETWEEN 8-9AM SATURDAY MORNINGS FOR ANYONE NEEDING TO COMPLETE IT. PLEASE COME IN PREPARED AND COMPLETE YOUR MOBILITY/ WARM-UP BEFORE THE 8AM ALLOCATED START TIME.
In teams of 2-3 complete the following,
42 Back squats, 70kg (50kg)
14 Rope ascents, (15ft)
30 Back squats, 80kg (60kg)
10 Rope ascents
18 Back squats, 90kg (70kg)
6 Rope ascents
-One bar and rope per team.
-Only one athlete from each team can work at a time.
-Reps do NOT have to be evenly distributed.
