Tabata This

Wallball 10kg (5kg)
Box Jumps 24′ (20′)
Over Head Lunge 20kg (10kg)
Ring Dips

In teams of 2-4:

Each exercise will consist of 8 sets of 20 seconds on, 10 seconds off. There will be a continuous clock running with a 1 minute rest between rounds. The score for your team is made up of the LOWEST amount of reps from each exercise EG: if 18 is your lowest score for the wallball round, 18 will be your score for that exercise. Once completed, teams will add up their scores to gain a team total.

    1st Round – drive to Cafe – As fast as possible before anyone gets a bright idea about running

    2nd Round – Order coffee and big breakfast

    • If that is really how the WOD went, I’m gonna be soooooo unimpressed! How many Saturdays have I pushed for us to just go out for breakfast?? Then I miss ONE Saturday and off ya’s go!

  2. Just did my 150 burpees, a very long 18.23 rxd. It was 1 minute faster then when I last did them though 🙂

  3. was guna borrow the keys of zanki but i deviated from the plan of frount squats and ended up at the deegans sorry massive hopefully seeyou tommorra for some inspiration bro . cant wait
