Had to work this morning. So I modified this WOD so I could do it at Goodlife…
I subbed rope climbs for 15reps inverted TRX pull ups and I did back extensions instead of sit ups.

And I used a bench for box jumps
Argghh and did hanging leg rasies instead of knees to elbows hahaha dammit should of just wrote this all out in one post.
