21 Kettlebell swing, 24kg (16kg)
21 Push-ups
3 Rope climbs (15 feet)
21 Box jumps, 20″ (16″)
21 Sit-ups
50m Walking lunge

  2. Had to work this morning. So I modified this WOD so I could do it at Goodlife…

    I subbed rope climbs for 15reps inverted TRX pull ups and I did back extensions instead of sit ups.
