A HUGE thanks to Penny and all the people who turned out for the maintenance and mobility workshop this morning. I’m sure everyone took a great deal of information and hints for their training and how to aid the prevention of injuries. We would love to hear some feedback and maybe interest for anyone who would like to see more of these on a monthly-6 week basis. Thanks guys!!
