WOD Sunday 08/09/2013, Day 7!

“Tabata Something Else”

Pull-ups
Push-ups
Sit-ups
Squats

Complete 32 intervals of 20 seconds of work followed by ten seconds of rest where the first 8 intervals are pull-ups, the second 8 are push-ups, the third 8 intervals are sit-ups, and finally, the last 8 intervals are squats. There is no rest between exercises.

Post total reps from all 32 intervals to comments.

  1. Yesterday’s work wod. Bench press 3-3-3-3 then 10 min amrap 5 db floor press 4 strict pull ups 15 squats 9 rounds.

    Had to WOD at home this morning as I’m heading to brissy. I don’t have a pull up bar (*sigh*) so I did strict press with 3kg dumb bell and push ups on my knees.
