  2. Some days can be a battle against yourself and crossfit when am I ever going to get better my time sucks and it goes on and on!! It’s refreshing when your coach! Locky pulls you aside and just makes you realize where you have come from and and that persistence will pay off it’s just the waiting that’s the hard part. Thank you Locky☺

      Stop being so hard on yourself – the time does not really matter when you are giving your best day after day.

      You are training every day and you are doing all the WODS and improving every day. As Locky says just stop and remember where you were when you started and ask yourself how long it would of taken you to do todays WOD a year ago.

Wise words.. you call your self a fossel sue but look at you , look at what you can do.. how many women you know at your age kicking butt like you do.. you are an inspiration my sue… just take the time and at what you can do today rather then about the past or the furture.. you are amazing and you are extra ordinary because you do crossfit..!!!
