DUE TO THE AVAILABILITY OF EQUIPMENT FOR TODAY’S SESSION WE WILL ALLOWING PEOPLE TO COME IN AND GET STARTED A LITTLE EARLIER IF THEY LIKE. WE ASK THAT PEOPLE GET STRAIGHT INTO THE WARMUP ON ARRIVAL AND BE READY TO GO FOR THE WOD AS SOON AS THEY ARE READY AND EQUIPMENT BECOMES AVAILABLE.

Five rounds for time of:
Row 500 meters
60kg (45kg) Bench press, 15 reps.

  6. Had to do the workout at home, i had no way in.

    I did for 5 rounds for time;
    10 power cleans
    10 squat cleans
    10 press
    All at 35 kgs and i got 11 mins and 9 seconds

  7. Home wod .Done snatch at home this arvo got a pb of 52.5 kg. Was awsome to be back in the box this morning . Beats training by your self.
