Had to do the workout at home, i had no way in.
I did for 5 rounds for time;
10 power cleans
10 squat cleans
10 press
All at 35 kgs and i got 11 mins and 9 seconds
Home wod .Done snatch at home this arvo got a pb of 52.5 kg. Was awsome to be back in the box this morning . Beats training by your self.
