Dumbbell or Kettlebell Overhead squats

-Either by one or two hands, whichever tests you most.

B) 10mins to find your 5RM:
Weighted push-up

C) 5 attempts at a max rep effort of:
Triple unders

-Attempt double unders if they are your weakness.
