A REMINDER THAT THERE IS NO 7.30 AND 9.15AM SESSIONS TODAY, OTHER THAN THAT THE SHOW WILL GO ON PER USUAL.

A) 16mins to find your 2RM:
Overhead squat

-Bar to be taken from the racks.

Then,

B) For time:
Row 50 calories
50 Box jump overs, 24″ (20″)
25 Overhead squats, 35kg (25kg)
25 Hang power snatch, 35 (25kg)

-One bar, one load.
-Bar to be taken from the deck.
-NO DUMPING PLATES AT ALL!!
