A) 10mins to set July goals (bring them to the gym), they should be:

*2-3 goals that are,

-Achievable: Check last and previous months goals to see if you’re setting yourself up to succeed. Have you been hitting your goals?? If NOT maybe your biting off more than you can chew.

-Specific: Goals need to be specific so we know exactly what it is we are trying to achieve. We can have a million and one ideas for goals we are wanting to achieve. Until you write them down and pin point what it is exactly that you need to target, you may find yourself going around in circles which will only prolong the process.

-Realistic: Where are you at right at this point in your journey?? Everyone’s journey and goals vary and NO two people are the same. Look at the timeframe you have (in this case 4 weeks) and your previous achievements, then aim for something that suits your skill level and ability that you have never done before.

B) “Partner WOD”

AMRAP in 16mins of:
8 Burpees
8 Hang power cleans, 60kg (40kg)
8 Box jump overs, 24″ (20″)

-Alternate rounds with your partner.

    • Great to be back in the box training with you guys! It’s been lonely training by myself up on Palm when I’m used to training with my CF4551 family. Thanks for having us in, will be back in again before we head back to the island!
