  9. Well done to Lyndal and Mel who measured in this morn for the challenge, amazing what results u can get in 3 and a half weeks. Looking and talking to people at the moment shows this has definately been the most achievable, successful challenge i’ve been a part of to date. We will be giving a run down on the success of peoples results for the challenge so stay tuned!

    Very important now with qualifying around the corner and a big percentage of people competing, we now maintain a consistency with our nutrition and training. Even some feedback and thoughts on another 25 day challenge in the near future and how we can improve it for u all.

    Great work this morning Lauren and Mel. Who said white ‘people’ can’t jump. I was really impressed even if I couldn’t actually watch the jump while you were doing it but I did look up once you had jumped. You girls rock.

  13. What a humbling wod yesterday!! Attempted to rxd, got through the pull ups but had to drop to the knees halfway through the push ups and still ran out of time. Shoulders are absolutely fried!! Back to reality for Smokin… 😉 Certainly puts into perspective your back to back filthy fifty effort Mick!!

  14. Lost my measurements in the move which is rather dissapointing! I’m searching high and low today! Never mind will get re measured on mon when I start my own zone challenge 🙂 awsome result Karen that’s a massive amount of inches well done

  15. actsually lost 2 kilos in the last 25 days. chuffed to bits with my overhead squats this morning, 5 kilo pb from a year ago with my weak shoulders .any one with tight or bad flexability in the shoulders come see me,i have a cracker mobility strech to show you.
