Row for calories
Box jump overs, 24″ (20″)
Kettlebell swings, 24kg (16kg)
Alternating pistols
Rest

-Record reps individually for each station.

Post load and total reps for each exercise to comments.

  1. well that was my second workout back from being crook and holy shit balls . that was a big one but definitely exactly what i needed to get back into training… A big well done to you Cian , you did so awesome this morning and did not stop , you kept going and going. super efforts. another big pat on the back for you Will . doing burpees because you can hahahah solid effort , thank you for supporting me … and again THANK YOU COACH , was so good to be back in the shed and woding even for that workout haha . and a big thankyou to every single person that made it to 9:15 to support myself and cian in the workout this morning it was tough and cian and i pushed through and smashed the workout .. !!! HA HA HA HA ;)

  2. Hi everyone! Hope you are all well. Just checking in. I’ve been smashing out the cardio every morning before school. Throwing in weights when I can. Been flat out due to being the start of the school year and the big wigs are coming over to Palm next week to check out our classrooms
