In teams of two complete AMRAP in 4 minutes for each of the following exercises. Rest 2 minutes between exercises. Only one person can be working at a time.
Hand Release Push-ups
Clean and Jerk 60kg (42.5kg)
Prowler Push (20m shuttle=20 points) 60kg (40kg)
