A) 15mins to set two monthly goals

-Bring them into the gym and record on the goals board upstairs.
-Goals must be realistic to your own ability and achieved by the start of December.
-When goals have been set, use the remaining time of the 15mins to work a weakness.

Run 400m
15 Overhead Squats 42.5kg (30kg)

  1. Well done on all the huge improvements today. To all the guys who went rx for the first time, top efforts and great to see you having a crack!!

    To all the guys who went rxd again and PB’d so good to see all the hard work paying off. Special mentions to Kim and Russ on 7 plus minute PB’s, a huge effort and improvement in 6 months!!

    • Yep she looked strong on the OHS Tommy, all the extra strength work paying off for everyone!!
