For time:
15 Squat clean, 70kg (50kg)
30 Toes to bar
30 Box jumps 24″ (20″)
15 Muscle ups
30 PushPress /PushJerk, 2x20kg (2x15kg) dumbbells
30 Double Unders
15 Thrusters, 60kg (42.5kg)
30 Pullups
30 Burpees
100m Overhead walking lunge, 20kg (10kg) plate

Mikko Salo 19:46 was almost two full minutes ahead of second-fastest Jason Khalipa’s 21:35. OPT (Michael Fitzgerald) finished an impressive third at 22:13.

-One bar per athlete/team. Plates must be changed only by the athlete or team members.
-35min cut off.
