A) 20mins to find your 1RM:

B) In teams of 2 complete the following,
Max reps in 6mins of:
Hang cleans, (select your team load)
*One person performs reps whilst the other holds a side bridge position.
-Reps only count when plank position is being held.
-Team members must change stations when plank position is broken.
-One bar, one load per team.
