As many rounds as possible in 20mins:
30sec Handstand hold
30sec Squat hold
30sec L-sit hold on rings
30sec Chin over the bar holdRx’d = One handed handstand hold/ L-sit on dumbbellsAccumulate required time if the exercise needs to be broken down.Post rounds, stations and extra seconds completed to comments.
