A) Weighted push-up

-Only the chest is able to make contact with the floor for a weighted rep to count, which means a tight bridge/plank position is to be maintained.
-Elbows should stay close to the body. The hips and chest should move in line and together
throughout the range of motion in the rep.
B) For time:
30 Medicine ball cleans, 10kg (6kg)
30 Push-ups
30 Medicine ball cleans
30 Ring rows
30 Medicine ball cleans
30 Burpees
-Post loads and time to comments.
A couple of special mentions to Fe and Suzy for having a crack at rxd this morning, both doubted themselves but got it done!!
