A) 20mins to work on July goals, skills and goats.
-Select at least 2.
-Don’t waste this time, hit your goals!!

B) Partner WOD

On a 12min clock perform max reps:
ODDS: Toes to bar
EVENS: Kettlebell swings, 32kg (24kg)

-Both athletes work at once in the T2B and only one at a time in the KBS.
-One KB per team.
-Score = total reps performed on each exercise.
