I didn’t get time to do the front squats, so will try and get in this arvo to do them. Only had time for one quick attempt.
Can’t believe after my dummy spit on Tuesday morning how much stronger my mind set has become thanks to all the encouragement of the coaches and members. Seriously getting stuck into crossfit has been the best thing I’ve ever done for myself in a very long time. Im feeling stronger than I ever have both pyshically and mentally!!! Thanks guys for making it sooo easy to get out of bed at 530am in the morning!!!
