-Bar is taken from the racks.
B) “Grace”
For time:
30 Clean and jerk, 60kg (42.5kg)
OR
“Heavy Grace”
For time:
30 Squat clean and jerk, 70kg (50kg)
-Only attempt if you are able to rx’d.
