A) 15mins to find your 2RM:
Turkish get-up

-Two reps each side.
-Use dumbbells, kettlebells or barbell.

B) Amrap in 15mins of:
4 Bar muscle-ups
6 Alternating turkish get-ups, 24kg (16kg) kettlebell
8 Ring push-ups

Post load, rounds and reps completed to comments.

  1. Thanks mick just checked on here now at 3am to see if you forgot – you’ve got an excellent track record tho – even when I only started 2 weeks before my bday wish I was back able bodied for training but Physio says slllow down for 3 more months – happy burfday to you today
