    You know what I think of hero workouts! I know this seems to be a bit of a long one but I am more than likely going to be late, will this be ok, cos I dont want to keep you late and I know you are very busy in the house of Bonney at the moment. I can always do the AMRAP WOD you gave me to do in Melbourne when I get home!!!!
