A great demo video for today’s WOD on the TGU with Jeff Martone.

 

A) 15mins to work Turkish Get-ups

Then,

B) Four rounds for time of:
10 Turkish Get-ups, 24kg (16kg) Kettlebell
Run 300m

*Alternate hands each rep with TGU (Five each side).

  2. I was wondering why everyone from the 5am session was sweating so much and taking so long…well i soon found out. That was a tough WOD!!! Go for your life Zanki :-)
