A great demo video for today’s WOD on the TGU with Jeff Martone.
A) 15mins to work Turkish Get-ups
Then,
B) Four rounds for time of:
10 Turkish Get-ups, 24kg (16kg) Kettlebell
Run 300m
*Alternate hands each rep with TGU (Five each side).
Post load and time to comments.
