A) 25mins to work on skills and goals
-Last chance in a session to hit monthly goals.
-Utilise the time, come prepared and know what you are going to achieve.

Then,

B) 10mins to hit a 1RM Weighted dip
-Strict reps only.
-Use Rings, p-bars or parallettes.
-At least 4 working sets.
