U.S. Army Staff Sergeant Chris Falkel, 22, of Highlands Ranch, Colorado, assigned to the 1st Battalion, 3rd Special Forces Group, based in Fort Bragg, North Carolina, was killed on August 8, 2005 by enemy small-arms fire in Deh Afghan, Afghanistan. He is survived by his parents, Jeff and Dianne Falkel.

  2. Mick.. There was a post up not long ago about seeing if people were keen on a earlier 5am or 515am class… Not sure what response you have had but I would be keen to start a little earlier than 530am if its still something your considering…

  3. Couldnt get into today due to work commitments

    Swam 2km in the AM

    Ran 3km this arvo then did a 10 AMRAP of 21 Double Unders 14 squats and 7 push ups… got 14+15 then died.

    Crossfit by yourself is so hard. Cant wait to get back into the box after two days missing.
