Smokin, Sorry at the end off my work out I had not the time to congrate you on RXD and a 3 minute PB, My wall ball shot was shocking and cost me 5 minutes repeating no reps, bit devo’d. WELL DONE mate and all the crew for their PB’s and all your results on your challenge. 4551 come get SOME !!!!

Just checked PB chart and noticed 25 days ago I beat my old Filthy fifty by 6min and today I beat that again by another 4 min. So in 25 days ive beat it by 10min 🙂
