Cheers to the 40-50 people who showed at Kings Beach Monday to help raise some much needed funds for one of our own and her family, our final total was around $700 which Heids was super grateful and thanked everyone for. Also thanto the guys who donated to the “Go fund me” page, you have all made a difference :)

In teams of 2-3 complete the following,

As many rounds as possible in 20mins of:
30 Calorie assault bike
40m Sled push/pull 80kg (60kg)
50 Dumbbell thrusters, 2x25kg (2x15kg)

-One bike, sled and set of DB’s per team.
-Only one athlete works at one time except sled, both athletes can move it together.

Post team loads, rounds and reps completed to comments.
