Barbell Thrusters 60kg (42.5kg)
Weghted Pull-ups 20kg (12.5kg)

 

(For weighted pull-ups, placing a 20kg (12.5kg) dumbbell between the legs above crossed ankles works great.)

    I heard a little LivDogs once say on a certain video testimonial, that she suspected her coach didn’t actually do anything and just liked ordering all of us about ! hahah

    My weighted pull ups aren’t too bad really, cos I can use my legs to flick myself up… it’s the body weight ones that get me !

    I pretty much would rather lift any weight other than my own.
