  3. I am so stoked I jumped!! Ha Ha another crossfit hurdle for myself!! Huge thank you to Locky for being a great coach and saying stay on the 16 box even though my brain was screaming no way!! I struggle to do 2 box jumps together let alone 20 then 60!! Ali you are awesome for getting me through that challenge and all the guys I appreciate your encouragement!! Still can’t believe I actually did that God dam it feels great to have a sense of achievement!!:)4551 Rocks!! Karen/Mick feet were together!!!:) The End

  4. Mick just did another 5km run today-32.21 (had a look at the wods from CrossFit Melbourne and they look like fun)

  6. Was such a good morning and night in the box today! Was so good to go head to head with Livdogs for majority of the workout, and then to see Lauren and Bianca completely smash the workout tonight, such inspirations! Awesome work to everyone who got in and got those legs burning :)
