A) 15mins to find your 3RM:
Sumo deadlift

Then,

B) For time:
30 GHD Sit-ups
40 Kettlebell sumo deadlift high pull, 24kg (16kg)
50 Burpees
60 One arm kettlebell thrusters, 24kg (16kg)

-Reps must be evenly distributed in the thrusters.
-One kettlebell, one load.
