Crossfit Games Team WOD 3 (modified version):
In pairs (someone the equivalent to yourself, male or female) complete the following for time:
Row 750 meters, while partner holds 97.5kg (65kg) in the Front rack position.
50 Burpees, while partner holds 60kg (42.5kg) Overhead
50 Thrusters, 42.5kg (30kg), while partner holds the Dip support position
Partners may switch during each exercise but repetitions will only count while the other partner is holding the required position. Each pair of athletes must complete all the repetitions before moving to the next exercise. NO racks can be used so you may need to scale to suit teams ability to enable a correct and safe lifting technique. A team time will be called when all reps/exercises are complete and you are both standing at the top of the stair case.
