50 Back Squats, 42.5kg (30kg)
50 Sit-ups
50 Back squat, 35kg (25kg)
50 Kettlebell Swings 24kg (16kg)
50 Back squat, 20kg bar
50 Sit-ups

 

Barbell is to be taken from the floor, NO racks!!
